Thank you for sharing your venn diagram for Jean Batten and Amelia Earhart! You have clearly identified the similarities and differences between the two aviators. Being a Pilot in the early 20th Century must have been pretty exciting, but also quite scary.
Jean’s flight from England to New Zealand would have taken a long time. What do you think would have been the hardest part? I think I would get a little lonely being by myself on a trip like that.
I’ve heard it takes hundreds of hours of flight simulator training to become a Pilot these days. Do you think you could ever fly a plane?
